Information You Give Us.
We collect your name, postal address, email address, phone number, username, password, avatar, voice data, demographic information (such as your gender and occupation) as well as other information you directly give us when using our Product.
Minors under the age of 13 should not use the Product. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we might have any information from a child under the age of 13, please contact us.
Information We Get From Others.
We may get information about you from other sources. We may add this to information we get from this Product.
Information Automatically Collected.
We automatically log information about you when using the Product. When visiting our Site, we log your computer operating system type, browser type, browser language, the website you visited before browsing to our Site, pages you viewed, how long you spent on a page, access times and information about your use of and actions on our Site. From the Device, we log the model, serial number, hardware version, firmware version and connection ID. From the Application, the make, model, serial number, carrier, application version, location data and contact list are logged.
We may log information using “cookies.” Cookies are small data files stored on your hard drive by a website. We may use both session Cookies (which expire once you close your web browser) and persistent Cookies (which stay on your computer until you delete them) to provide you with a more personal and interactive experience on our Product. This type of information is collected to make the Product more useful to you and to tailor the experience with us to meet your special interests and needs.

Personal Credit Information
Orion Labs utilizes a platform, Recurly, as its payment processor and gateway. Recurly is PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant, and recognized on the Visa Global Registry of Service Providers and follows the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS).
Orion Labs does not store any customer credit card data directly. All customer credit card data is processed via and stored within Recurly’s PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant service.
Information Choices and Changes
Our marketing emails tell you how to “opt-out.” If you opt out, we may still send you non-marketing emails. Non-marketing emails include emails about your accounts and our business dealings with you.
You may send requests about personal information to our Contact Information below. You can request to change contact choices, opt-out of our sharing with others, and update your personal information.
You can typically remove and reject cookies from our Site with your browser settings. Many browsers are set to accept cookies until you change your settings. If you remove or reject our cookies, it could affect how our Product works for you.
You can remove the automatic collection of some of our data through the Application. For example, you can disable the automatic collection of your location data by disabling that through the Application settings.
